Lorenzo Holloway, Esq.

Lorenzo Holloway specializes in political law, with a focus on campaign finance. As a former managing attorney at the Federal Election Commission, Lorenzo has over 35 years of experience in campaign finance law, overseeing financial activities, enforcement actions, and audits of political organizations. His clients include candidates, political committees, Super PACs, hybrid PACs, 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) non-profit organizations, and corporations. He also provides legal services to individuals and businesses involved in tax audits and disputes.

In addition to his legal practice, Lorenzo is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where he teaches Business Law, Contract Law, Administrative Law, Introduction to Law, and Legal Ethics. He has also served as the Business Law Course Chair.

He is licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Pennsylvania, and he is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.

Lorenzo earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
